Darrin WilLiams elected to the
Arkansas House of Representatives

Little Rock, AR (1/13/2009) Today, Carney Wiliams partner, Darrin Williams, was sworn in as a member of the 87th General Assembly for the state of Arkansas. In May of 2008, Mr. Wiliams won a decisive primary victory over his opponent securing almost 8O% of the vote to represent District 36 in the Arkansas House of Representatives. Mr. Williams was unopposed in the general election in November. Mr. Williams has been appointed to the House's Judiciary Committee, where he chairs the Courts/Civil Law Permanent Subcommittee; the City, County and Local Affairs Committee; the Rules Committee, and he serves as an alternate on the Joint Budge Committee.
